Guarantee of Rights

All people are born free with inalienable human rights which have been endowed to us by virtue of our creation and natural existence. These rights have not been granted to us by governments but we have inherited them by nature. People have always had these rights since the beginning of time and will continue to have these rights forever onward into the future. It is the responsibility of government to recognize and respect that these natural rights exist and to ensure the sanctity and protection of these rights for all people so that no person’s rights are ever violated in any way.

-It is the first and foremost duty of law and responsibility of government to respect, protect, promote, and ensure the preservation of these natural human rights for all people.

-These human rights are considered to be: sacred, self-evident, inalienable, inviolable, and immutable.

-These human rights apply to all laws and bind all powers of the state to act in accordance.

-No law or act of government may violate, restrain, or abridge any human rights.

-The enforcement and guaranteeing of these human rights is mandatory, obligatory, compulsory, and prohibitory for all acts and powers of government.

Life

-Everyone has a right to life, a remarkable and extraordinary gift which is sacred and precious.

-Every person inherently has full ownership, authority, and control of their own life in all respects including their own: body, emotion, mind, and spirit. This includes full ownership of one’s own personal DNA and genetic code, complete control over all aspects of personality, individuality, character, and identity, and the fundamental right to make all personal decisions regarding one’s own life and body.

-All people have a right to exist and to fully maintain their physiological and psychological integrity and vitality.

-People have the right to explore the entire world and universe to the deepest depths and farthest breadths. People have the right to fully pursue their dreams and aspirations and choose to follow their own path which leads to the realization of a fulfilling life experience.

Health / Safety / Security

-Everyone has the fundamental right to health, safety, and security.

-Everyone has the right to preserve their life, health, and retain the full integrity of their physiology and psychology, in all aspects including: body, emotion, mind, and spirit.

-Everyone has the right to live without being intentionally or deliberately harmed, endangered, or threatened, and not to be put at risk of or subjected to any cause of personal injury, trauma, disease, pain, suffering, or death.

-Everyone has the right to be free and protected from all forms of mistreatment. No one shall be subjected to: abuse, aggression, brutalization, cruelty, degrading or inhumane treatment, indignity, homicide, hostility, torture, or any form of violence.

-Everyone has the right to sanctuary and refuge from acts of: lethal aggression, terrorism, war, and genocide.

Self Defense

-Everyone has the right of self defense and the right to aid in the defense of other victims against initiators of aggression in a time of endangerment, utilizing the least amount of force required to ensure safety and protection, and enacting the greatest amount of restraint as will allow in the given circumstance. Lethal force may only be used as a means of last resort when nonviolent means are exhausted and no other options are readily available in the immediacy of a hostile situation whereupon it is determined to be absolutely necessary in order to ensure the protection of natural human rights.

Medicine and Medical Treatment

-Everyone has a right to access doctors, healthcare services, and medicine and not to be prevented from seeking and receiving medical treatment.

-Patients have the right to make their own medical decisions, which includes the right to accept or refuse medical treatment.

-Patients have the right to be fully informed about any medical procedure or treatment they will receive, and to give their consent before undergoing any procedure or treatment. This includes being fully informed of the possible risks of undergoing a procedure or treatment, the potential for complications or other adverse effects which may result, as well as any alternatives.

-Everyone has the right to not be subjected to medical or scientific examinations, experiments, tests, procedures, or treatments without voluntary and informed consent; except in the case of a life threatening medical emergency when a patient in critical condition is incapacitated and unresponsive, thus incapable of giving consent, and urgent medical care is required to restore vital functions and prevent irreparable injury or death.

-Patients have the right to designate a personal healthcare advocate to help them interface with their healthcare provider and assist them in making decisions, advocating for their rights, and ensuring they receive the best possible care.

-Patients have the right to be informed about any medical error that is caused by a healthcare provider.

-Everyone has the right to not have their organs, tissues, or DNA used for medical or scientific purposes without consent.

-Patients have the right to keep their medical information private and confidential; including information about their diagnosis, treatment, and other medical information they share with their medical provider.

-Patients have the right to access their own medical records that are held by a healthcare provider and retain ownership and control of their own medical information.

Water / Food

-Everyone has the right to nourishing food and potable water, and to secure sufficient provisions of food and water for themselves, their family, and their community.

-People have the right for their food and water to be pure and free of toxins, poisons, pollutants, or any other contaminants.

-People have the right to grow crops, farm, and develop agriculture in a sustainable manner that does not pollute the environment, degrade the quality of soil, or deplete land or water resources to the point of exhaustion.

-People have the right to fish, hunt, and harvest wildlife for personal sustenance in a responsible manner that does not deplete animal populations to the point of extinction or endangerment or degrade the quality of the environment.

-Everyone has the right to live freely, harvest the abundance of nature’s resources, and have the means to attain the basic necessities of life which are essential for subsistence and wellbeing.

Land / Settlement / Residence / Community

-People have the right to settle upon land and gain access to resources on an equitable basis.

-People have the right to found a home, take up residence, and live in a safe community.

-People have the right to utilize their land and residence freely so long as any activity does not damage the environment or infringe upon other people’s natural human rights.

-People have the right to settle and take residence within any region or territory and no person shall be forbidden, banished, deported, or exiled.

-People who have been unjustly displaced shall be granted asylum and refuge in a safe haven of their choosing.

-People have the right to freely move their home and change their place of residence.

Home / Housing

-Everyone has the right to adequate housing and shelter that is safe, comfortable, and which dignifies human life.

-Everyone has the right to a home and private premises are inviolable. No one has the right to trespass upon a private premise or enter a private dwelling without the consent of the owner except in the case of emergency to save or protect human life, or in pursuit of justice for the commission of a crime upon a court order in accordance with the law, and respecting human dignity in all cases.

-No one shall be arbitrarily evicted from their home. No person shall be prevented from entering, residing within, leaving, or returning to their home. No person’s home shall be occupied without their consent. No person’s home shall be damaged or demolished.

Environment

-The Earth including the entirety of all air space, water, land, and natural resources is of equal stewardship to all people and the ownership of none.

-It is the responsibility and duty of all humankind to act as caretakers of the Earth and preserve the planet in a natural state of vitality, abundance, and beauty for all people alive today and future generations.

-It is strictly prohibited to destroy, damage, pollute, degrade, or jeopardize the Earth in any respect and all of humankind alike must ensure the protection, integrity, conservation, and sustainability of the natural environment including: ecological systems and symbiotic processes, biological and genetic diversity, biomes, animal habitats, species of flora and fauna, material resources, and places of significant natural beauty.

-All people must help to keep the planet clean and protect the quality of the air, water, soil, aquifers, oceans, rivers, coasts, caves, mountains, hills, valleys, plains, the atmosphere, ozone layer, and outerspace; preventing the introduction into the environment of toxins, garbage, and hazardous waste.

-People must help prevent and stop the spread of invasive species of plants and animals into the environment that destroy native populations. People must make an effort to protect species that are endangered and aid in enabling the natural balance of ecosystems and the ecological harmony of native species to be maintained.

-It is prohibited to consume natural resources to the point of exhaustion or in quantities that can not be permanently sustained or perpetually replenished.

-No person or corporation can claim ownership or proprietorship of any natural creations or products of the earth. It is prohibited to patent the genome of any living organism.

-People have the right to live in and enjoy a healthy, ecologically balanced, and thriving environment that is able to provide vitality and sustenance, free of pollution or contaminants, and not harmful to their health or wellbeing.

-People are entitled to freely lease, occupy, utilize, and enjoy an equal apportionment of air space, water, land, and natural resources in fair distribution of quantity and quality upholding the condition that the natural resources are able to be adequately sustained and properly maintained.

Freedom / Liberty / Free Will / Self Determination

-All people are by nature free, independent, and entitled to liberty.

-All people have the right to fully exercise free will, self determination, individual autonomy, and choice of personal experience, without obstruction or interference, and entirely uninhibited to the extent that no such action violates or infringes upon any other person’s natural human rights.

-No one shall be subject to any limitations of their personal freedom except by law that is enacted equally and justly, solely for the purpose of securing the protection of the rights and freedoms of others, and only enacting the least restriction as necessary to ensure the protection of rights.

-No person shall be forced or manipulated to act against one’s own free will or in any way be prevented from enacting freedom of choice. This includes the right to not to be: arrested, captured or held captive, detained, deprived of freedom, imprisoned, enslaved, exploited, kidnapped, trafficked, raped or sexually assaulted, forced into involuntary labor or indentured servitude, forced into marriage, compulsorily arranged into any undesired circumstance, subjected to cruel and inhumane treatment, subjected to forced disappearance, blackmailed, or subjected to any kind of violence, aggression, or oppression.

-People have the right to assume the name and surname they have been given at birth or to freely choose and change their own name and surname.

-Everyone has the right to freely and fully develop their own personality, individuality, character, and identity.

-Everyone has the right to fully develop their own inherent abilities and try to realize their fullest individual potential while they are alive.

-All people naturally have the freedom to live according to their own ways and customs, to travel their own path, to make their own choices in life, and freely seek to fulfill their own destiny however they may choose, uninhibited in an open world that is boundless and with limitless possibilities.

-People have the right to remain outside or in public at all times of day or night without curfew.

-All people have the right to pursue happiness; to laugh, play, have fun, and enjoy life. To freely seek recreational activity, entertainment, amusement, and have an enjoyable experience. No one shall be forced to live a miserable, dreary, and dreadful life. No one shall be required to pay an entertainment tax or get an amusement license.

Travel / Passage / Movement

-Everyone has the right to freedom of movement; to freely travel across the earth and be granted safe passage throughout the world.

-People have the right to freely enter, reside within, leave, or return to any region or territory without requiring visas, passports, identification, or any kind of authorization. No person shall be prevented, inhibited, or restricted from entering, residing within, leaving, or returning to any region or territory.

-People have the right to migration, including the right to both immigrate and emigrate.

-Refugees, migrants, asylum seekers, and people fleeing persecution have the right to find sanctuary and refuge in a safehaven of their choosing. No person shall be forcibly relocated or detained in internment camps. No person shall be forced to reside within or be relocated to any place where they may be subjected to threats of violence or violations of human rights.

-People have the right to ingress and egress throughout all public space.

-No one shall have the right to trespass upon private property or intrude upon another’s personal space.

Peace and Privacy

-Everyone has the right to live peacefully in harmony and tranquility without being unjustly disturbed or harassed and without any intrusion, invasion, or arbitrary interference of personal privacy.

-Everyone has the right to the inviolability of their personal life assuring the intimacy, secrecy, and confidentiality of all private acts.

-Everyone has the right to be secure in their persons, family, and houses and maintain the privacy and secrecy of personal papers, journals, records, statements, conversations, communications in all forms (including mail, cable, telephone, telegraph, email, and internet), correspondences contained in any medium, complete control of confidentiality and discretion for all personal recordings in any format (such as: text, photograph, audio, image, video), and be ensured the full protection of their personal information and data.

-Everyone has the right to not have their person, home, or property searched, their possessions seized, their privacy invaded, or their communications interfered with, infringed upon, or intercepted by eavesdropping devices or any other means.

-It is unwarranted to search any place or to seize any person or possession except in the pursuit of justice for specific violations of human rights, in cases determined by law for criminal investigation, based on a written order issued by a competent judicial authority, with observance to applicable provisions of law, and preserving the secrecy and confidentiality of all private issues unrelated to the nature of the pertinent proceedings. No warrant to search any place or seize any person or possession shall be issued without probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, particularly describing the place to be searched and persons or possessions to be seized

Sex and Reproduction

-Everyone has the right to freely choose their intimate partners, consensually engage in sex, reproduce, and make all personal decisions regarding sex and reproduction.

-Everyone has the right to preserve their virginity and to at any time abstain from sex if they so choose.

-Everyone has the right to not be raped, sexually assaulted, molested, harassed, exploited, or forced to engage in any sexual act without their voluntary consent.

Birth

-Newborns have the right to be safely delivered into a hospitable world that is able to provide comfort and care.

-No child shall be forced to undergo any form of sex transformation surgery or genital mutilation.

Family

-People have the right to found a family which is recognized as the fundamental nucleus of society.

-People have the right to gain knowledge of their ancestry, lineage, and family heritage.

Marriage / Civil Unions / Domestic Partnership

People are free to voluntarily enter into marriage according to their own personal customs. Spouses are entitled to equal rights. No one shall be forced or arranged into marriage against their will.

-People are free to dissolve their marriage at any time and get a divorce simply upon the request of any one spouse. No person shall be prevented from getting a divorce and forced to remain in a marriage against their will. In the case of divorce, the property of a spouse that was owned before the marriage or personally and independently acquired afterwards is recognized to be the separate property of that spouse.

-Marriages are personal customs between spouses and shall not entitle married people to any special benefits under the law that unmarried people could not also acquire.

Parenthood

-Parents are naturally recognized as having equal and joint custody and guardianship of their children. The sacred bond of motherhood and fatherhood is inviolable.

-Parents have the ultimate right and authority to raise their children according to their own customs and values and to make decisions on the behalf of their children as guardians until a child is of age and maturity to make decisions on their own behalf.

-Parents are responsible for raising their children and have a duty to provide adequate care and support. Parents are held accountable to act in the best interest of their child’s welfare and ensure their fundamental safety and wellbeing.

-Parents have a responsibility to ensure the lawfulness and decency of their child’s actions.

Children

-Children are ultimately free and equally entitled to all the same rights, privileges, powers, and protections as adults.

-Children have the right to be raised in a safe and nurturing environment that can adequately provide for their primary living requirements including provisions for nutrition and shelter; the right to an environment which promotes their overall wellbeing and development and enables the realization of their personal interests and aspirations.

-Children have a right to parental filiation and to be raised by their natural family. When that is not possible, or contrary to their best interests, they shall have the right to be raised by an adoptive family or receive appropriate alternative care. Children have the right to on a regular basis maintain a personal relationship and direct contact with both parents; unless that is contrary to their best interests.

-Children have equal rights among siblings without any discrimination or preferential treatment; regardless of being born in or out of wedlock.

-Children have the right to live without being subjected to abuse, neglect, exploitation, or violence.

-Children have the right to be adopted or accepted into alternative care in the case of parental abuse, neglect, or unwillingness or inability to adequately provide for the child’s welfare, whereupon children shall be provided with adequate: shelter, nutrition, education, health care services, and be granted special protection from maltreatment, neglect, abuse, degradation, or exploitation. Adopted children have the right to know their genealogy, access birth records, and access information regarding their birth parents, relatives, and ancestry.

-Children are not to be unwillingly forced to perform work or provide services that are inappropriate for a child of that age, or which will be likely to cause harm or place at risk the child’s well being, physical or mental health, education, or spiritual, moral, and social development.

Elderly Rights

Elderly people have a right to a dignified life with human warmth and not to suffer from abuse, maltreatment, neglect, or abandonment.

Speech / Expression / Communication / Media / Art

-Everyone has the right to complete freedom of self expression and interpersonal communication.

-Everyone has the right to speak freely and also to remain silent and not be compelled to speak.

-Everyone has the right to engage in dialog and conversation and to express any emotion, idea, belief, or thought either publicly or privately.

-Everyone has the right to freely: seek, receive, transmit, produce, impart, broadcast, disseminate, archive, and access information or ideas; by all means including but not limited to: printed press, telecommunications, radio, video, or the internet; in any language or medium of expression including but not limited to: art, gesture, speech, writing, pictures, performance, or demonstration; and the publishing of multimedia in any format: physical, electronic, or magnetic; on any subject regardless of content, and without any censorship or interference; and to keep private information of all forms encoded or encrypted without restriction.

-Everyone has the right to freedom of the press, journalism, publishing, and the dissemination of any media. No person shall be compelled to disclose the source of any information that is espoused, disseminated, or published under the terms of confidentiality. No person shall be compelled to release or disclose unpublished information.

-All people have the right to engage in and explore total creative freedom and artistic expression.

-These rights do not extend to permit incitement of physical violence, hostility, or aggression, threats that would potentially jeopardize a person’s safety, advocacy of hatred or abuse toward a person or group that constitutes an incitement to cause harm, propaganda for war, communications that portray criminality, libel, false accusation, false incrimination, or defamation; being responsible for repercussions that might arise from the abuse of this liberty.

-In trials for libel, both civil and criminal, the truth, when published with good motives and for justifiable ends, shall be a sufficient defense.

Beliefs and Ideas

-Everyone has the right to exercise freedom of conscience, thought, belief, opinion, and worldview without interference.

-Everyone has the right to accept and advocate, remain neutral and undecided, or reject and oppose any philosophy, belief, teaching, or ideology.

-No one shall be inhibited in their right to seek truth, think freely, explore ideas, investigate questions, conduct research, study information, develop knowledge, disseminate beliefs, and teach any subject.

-People have the right to hold beliefs and express ideas that may be controversial, unpopular, or offensive without facing violence or repression.

Spirituality and Religion

-Everyone has the right to freely believe in, profess, and practice any religion, faith, form of worship, or personal spirituality or choose to not have any at all.

-Everyone has the right to freely change their religion or spiritual beliefs.

-Everyone has the right to manifest their religion or beliefs in teaching, practice, worship, and observance and do so publicly, privately, individually, or jointly with others.

-No person shall be forced to profess a religious belief, required to attend religious services, or compelled to practice any form of worship against their consent. All religious participation must be free and voluntary.

-Religious institutions are separate from the state which recognizes ideological diversity. No person shall be discriminated against nor shall any preference be given to any religious denomination or mode of worship. No one shall be denied nor afforded any civil or political right, privilege, or capacity on account of their personal religious beliefs. No religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to hold any office or public trust and no person shall be excluded from holding office on account of their religious sentiment.

-No religious beliefs or faith may be invoked as justification for violating another person’s natural human rights.

Culture

-Everyone has the right to take part in cultural life and add to the cultural diversity of the world.

-Everyone has the right to maintain and develop their cultural identity, to preserve their way of life, to practice their own traditions, customs, special interests, and values, and live autonomously.

-People have the right to protect and preserve their cultural heritage, ancient traditions, ancestral heirlooms, sacred places, monuments of history, and recognition of their cultural value and contribution to the human legacy.

-No group of people shall be subjected to ethnocide.

-No culture or custom may be invoked as justification for violating another person’s natural human rights.

Native and Indigenous Rights

-Native and indigenous people have the right to exist freely, with complete autonomy and self determination, and to live according to their own customs, traditional practices, and world view.

-Native and indigenous people have the right to protect and preserve their cultural heritage, language, traditional teachings and knowledge, ancient monuments, historical artifacts, and sacred spaces.

-Native and indigenous people who wish to live in isolation and out of contact enjoy the right to remain in that condition.

-Native and indigenous people have the right to live upon and collectively own their ancestral lands in which they traditionally occupy.

-Native and indigenous people have the right to manage their own territory and all internal affairs.

-No development project may take place within the territory of native and indigenous people without first consulting their rightful authority and gaining prior approval.

-Native and indigenous people have equal rights, freedoms, powers, and protections as provided by the entirety of this constitution.

Language

-Everyone has the right to communicate in their native language.

Dignity / Honor

-Every human being has inherent dignity and the right to have their dignity respected and protected.

-Everyone has the right to live a dignified life, where they are treated with respect, inherent value, worth, and appreciation as human beings.

-Everyone has the right to maintain an honest reputation without being unjustly slandered or disparaged by lies or false statements which cause a defamation of their character.

-Everyone has the right to maintain their honor and preserve their self image.

Access to Information

-Everyone has the right to procure, receive, and access information and also to interpret, analyze, and communicate it freely, individually or collectively.

-It is an invasion of privacy to collect private, confidential, and personal information or data on any person without their informed consent.

-People have the right to be notified of, to obtain, and gain access, to any and all personal information or private data that is being collected on them by corporations, government agencies, or other parties.

-People have the right to rectify errors regarding their personal information that has been collected or registered in any public or private files or databases and be ensured the proper updating, correction, or deletion of such information.

Knowledge / Education / Academic Freedom

-Everyone has the right to education, to acquire and impart knowledge, and freely pursue learning. People have the right to holistic self development and are free to fully develop their natural inherent talent to its greatest potential.

-People have the right to determine the course of their own education, choosing what subjects they want to learn, and which areas of study they wish to pursue.

-Everyone has the right to enroll in educational institutions, vocational schools, or special learning programs.

-Everyone has the right to attend schools that are safe, secure, and peaceful.

-All people have the right to academic freedom and freedom of scientific research without constraint and are naturally permitted to study any subject. This liberty shall not be construed to justify the violation of any person’s natural human rights.

Science and Technology

-Everyone has the right to pursue developments in science, engineering, machining, industry, and technology. People have the right to freely study, prototype, and develop new tools, machines, and technologies and also to manufacture these valuable resources for the benefit of humankind.

Association and Assembly

-Everyone has the right to freely form friendships and personal relationships with others.

-People have the right to hold public and private meetings.

-People have the right to freely associate and peaceably assemble and also enjoy the right to disassociate and peaceably disband.

-People have the right to freely: form associations, establish unions, form partnerships, and build alliances.

-No one shall be compelled to belong to any association.

-No one shall be compelled to pledge an allegiance.

-Everyone has the right to publicly demonstrate, to peacefully protest, hold rallies, march, picket, and present petitions, to gather together to consult for the common good, to make known their opinions in public, and apply to those entrusted with the power of government for redress of grievances by means of petition, address, or remonstrance.

Trade / Occupation / Labor

-Everyone has the right to work, provide an economic service, and freely choose their trade, occupation, profession, or employment, and freely enter the job market without requiring a permit or license. People have the right to freely study trades, receive training, master skills, and pursue a career in any field.

-Everyone has the right to find dignified work that is able to provide a dignified existence for themselves and their family. People have the right to seek employment in an open job market and the opportunity to find or create stable work.

-Everyone has the right to fair labor practices in public service. People have the right to not be unfairly discriminated against in hiring and promotion, having equal opportunity in the workforce based upon qualification and merit. Not to be wrongfully disqualified from entering or pursuing a profession, vocation, or employment position due to unwarranted prejudice, cronyism, corruption, or discrimination.

-Workers have the right to be protected from suffering a personal injury on the job, to have safe working conditions, and a healthy and hygienic occupational environment.

-Workers have the right to not endure exploitation or harassment in the workplace.

-Workers have the right to report violations of their rights or unsafe working conditions, to file complaints, and also to testify on behalf of other workers who are exercising their workplace rights without facing retaliation.

-Workers have the right to freely negotiate the value of their labor and the price of compensation for work performed.

-Workers have the right to be paid fairly according to their work. Upon completion of the work performed the worker is entitled to receive the due compensation and fair remuneration that based upon contractual agreement.

-No person shall be forced or compelled to perform labor for any reasons, all labor shall be voluntary and by consent. No worker shall be forced to work for free, have their labor stolen, or be cheated from receiving fair compensation for services that have been effectively completed. All people naturally enjoy full ownership of their labor, and the just income and savings derived. No tax or fee shall ever be extorted from a person’s labor or income.

-Workers have the right to be compensated for personal losses that they have incurred from the workplace.

-Every worker has the right to organize a trade union, participate in union activities, to form and join a federation, engage in collective bargaining, to negotiate contracts with an employer as a group of workers, to advocate for the protection and benefit of workers’ rights and interests, or choose to refrain from these activities and not be obligated to join or participate in a union. Workers who are self-employed also have a right to organize for the defense of their interests.

-The practice of a trade, occupation, or profession in public service may be regulated by law based upon the open and collective input of professionals in the field and workers of the trade in order to ensure necessary standards of quality, integrity, and public safety, without creating excessive or onerous restrictions which would unfairly prevent valid independent contractors from entering the public job market.

Economic Opportunity

-People are guaranteed the freedom of economic opportunity and activity, including the free movement of goods, services, and financial resources, and the ability to engage in fair market competition.

-People are free to use their own wealth, property, knowledge, and abilities to create entrepreneurial and other economic opportunities. People have the freedom to conduct a business and engage in commerce and industry without requiring any type of permit or license. People engaging in business activity have the right to seek fair prices for the value of their products or services. People have the right to privately own and control capital resources and the means of production.

-People have the right to the freedom of trade, fair exchange of resources, goods, and services, and equitable commercial exchange, based upon principles of honesty, free will, and the balance of mutual reciprocity.

-People have the right to not be: cheated, defrauded, scammed, conned, or extorted.

-No person, business, or cooperative enterprise shall be: restricted from access to a free and open market, forced out of a market, restricted from competing, subjected to threats or intimidation for selling a product or providing a service, or subjected to racketeering and exploitation; whether by gangs, mafia, cartel, corporation, or government agency. No perpetuities or monopolies shall be allowed. It is prohibited to commit economic crime such as speculation, usury, hoarding, market rigging, embezzlement. No person or business shall be allowed to procure profit from the exploitation or victimization of people.

-People have the right to freely organize and manage financial associations, cooperatives, savings funds, mutual funds, credit unions, and banking institutions to manage finances, develop economic activity, and generate capital for investment opportunities.

-People and communities naturally have the right to create and utilize their own forms of currency to facilitate trade and to determine its value as a financial instrument that may serve in the free exchange of commodities. No currency shall be forged, counterfeit, or fraudulently appraised of its actual value.

-Consumers have the right to access quality goods and services in a free and open market.

-Consumers have the right to certain protections. Consumers have the right to accurate information about the content, characteristics, performance abilities, and quality of the products and services they utilize. Consumers have the right to not be victims of fraud, scams, pyramid schemes, deceptive advertisement, misleading information, or false claims about the contents, characteristics, abilities, or quality of a service or product.

-People naturally have the right to freely choose how they invest or divest their own personal wealth and have the right to freely support or boycott companies or products.

-No business activity or industry shall be allowed to degrade the quality of the environment or violate a person’s natural human rights.

-No child shall be born into debt. No person shall inherit a debt by association with another person for obligations they did not personally authorize or explicitly agree to by contract. No person shall be obligated to pay what they don’t owe.

Property / Ownership

-Private property is inviolable. Everyone has the right to acquire, own, possess, use, retain, transfer, and transact property, and do so privately, as individuals, or collectively and in association with others.

-Everyone has the right to have ensured the protection of personal property without possessions being deliberately and maliciously: damaged, corrupted, vandalized, sabotaged, stolen, looted, pirated, misused, lost, or otherwise wrongfully appropriated without consent.

-Everyone naturally has the right to freely use, exchange, gift, trade, loan, lease, sell, contract, or save, and enjoy the benefits and derivatives of their personal property without being obliged to pay any tax or fees upon what is rightfully owned.

-Everyone has the right to exclusive access, use, and control of their own personal and private property at all times.

-Everyone has the right to transfer and bequeath personal property to designated persons upon death ensuring the rightful inheritance of property to the appropriate heirs and beneficiaries in respect of the deceased.

-No property can be rightfully acquired by means of robbery, theft, fraud, corruption, embezzlement, extortion, or other unlawful acquisition.

-Any property obtained through unlawful means must be returned to the rightful owner. Any property that is wrongfully damaged must be repaired and restored for the owner.

-Private property is guaranteed, and no one shall be deprived of their property, except in the case of property being used harmfully and in a way which constitutes a violation of another person’s natural human rights, by order of a competent court or judicial authority, and in accordance with the law.

Contracts

People have the right to enter into voluntary contractual agreements upon free will, and explicit consent, without being subjected to any form of coercion, intimidation, or threats of violence.

-People have the right for the terms and conditions of a contractual agreement to be honored and the specific obligations which are defined to be fulfilled.

Intellectual / Creative Property

-The tangible and intangible aspects derived from the manifestations of art and industry shall be protected.

-Everyone has the right to own, benefit from, and protect their intellectual discoveries, creations, and endeavors; including: authors, artists, composers, inventors, and scientists…and be granted protection by: copyright, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.

Sport and Recreation

-Everyone has the right to participate in sports, physical exercise, and recreation.

Death

-Everyone has the right to a natural death, or a death by personal choice upon one’s own terms and conditions.

-Everyone has the right to a ceremony or interment according to one’s personal wishes or social custom.

-Everyone has the right to the ratification of a personal will and living testament.

-Everyone has the right to a burial ground that is not robbed, vandalized, or desecrated.

Limitation of Rights

-No human rights or freedoms may infringe upon or violate any other person’s natural human rights or freedoms. Nothing in this Constitution may be construed to permit the violation any human rights

Rights Retained

-This declaration of rights shall not be construed to impair, deny, negate, derogate, or disparage other universally recognized human rights, liberties, and freedoms that are equally retained by the people that are not explicitly mentioned. The absence of a law regulating these rights shall not adversely affect the exercise thereof.

-The following enumeration of rights is intended to recognize a broad range of essential freedoms and liberties as the foundation for government and guiding principles of a free society. This list of rights is not exhaustive and is not meant to deny other rights that are not listed. This list of rights are intended to serve as a primary safeguard against malfeasance and to prevent the abuse of power.

Article 2 – Civil Rights
